Having spent 10 successful years at Macfarlanes, Malcolm left to establish the professional indemnity department at St Giles Insurance & Finance Services Limited and has spent over 20 years advising on various issues relating to insurance and coverage.

At St Giles Malcolm created a separate Underwriting Agency where Malcolm was first an underwriter and then head of the claims department before the company was purchased by a competitor.
